Jon-Henry J.H. Barr received his Bachelor of Arts
Degree in Government from Lehigh University and his law degree from Seton Hall University
School of Law.
A former Clark Township Councilman, J.H. Barr also served as a law clerk to a Superior
Court judge in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Mr. Barrs areas of practice include
personal injury, workers compensation,civil litigation,
collections, criminal law and municipal court. He is admitted to
practice law in all New Jersey State and Federal Courts, the U.S. Court
of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the District of Columbia,
and the United States Supreme Court. Mr.
Barr currently serves as the
municipal prosecutor for the Township of Clark,
and is the past president of the Union County Municipal Prosecutor's
Association.
Mr. Barr is a state certified Emergency Medical
Technician and a member of the Clark Volunteer Emergency Squad. He is
also a member of the Union County Bar Association and the New Jersey
State Bar Association (NJSBA). Mr. Barr
also
serves on the board of trustees of the New Jersey State Municipal
Prosecutor's Association. In 2005, he received the NJSBA Young
Lawyers Division 'Service to the Community Award'
and in 2006 and 2007, he was selected as a 'Super Lawyer Rising Star' by
the publishers of Law & Politics and New Jersey Monthly
magazine.
